Our policies, including our Employee and Contractor policy, are inclusive, and we mitigate unconscious biases in the hiring process by removing details from resumes that allude to a candidate’s gender identity, race, religion, or socioeconomic background. In addition, we have revised corporate policies to eliminate degree requirements where appropriate. Access to education and transitioning into the workforce is a hurdle many of the best talent faces today.
