1. Cover the basics
Establishing your account is simple and easy. All we need is some information about your company.
Tax Exemption Form
Complete this form to be exempted or partially exempted from applicable state taxes, if you meet the qualifications on the State Comptroller’s website. You can email the form to your key client services representative or to TaxSupport@nrg.com.
IRS W-9 Form
Use this form to set us up as a vendor in your AP system.
2. Customize your billing
We offer several billing options and can help you decide which choice is best for your business needs. Please call or email your key client services representative to select your billing option.
Individual billing
An individual invoice for each meter
Paperless billing
Invoices will be automatically faxed or emailed each month
Summary billing
A summary statement of all the individual invoices

3. Select payment option
You can choose from several payment options. Please call or email your key client services representative to select your payment option.
To set up an electronic funds transfer, please choose and complete the corresponding form and send it to the address on the form.
Electronic Funds Transfer (ACH/Wire):
Authorize the electronic transfer of funds from your bank account
Direct Debit/Automatic Payments Form:
Authorize us to debit recurring payments from your bank account
Pay by mail:
If paying by mail, use one of the mailing address below base on your billing address state:
